REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds unless there is a fault at our end, only store credit is provided. Store credit is provided against the order amount via email which can be used in future purchase. You can utilize it as a "gift card" option during check out.

Changes i.e. size change, article change, addition/removal of article etc. can be processed if reported within 2 days from the order date.

Cancellation

In order to cancel the order, please send the cancellation request in email. Order can be cancelled within 48 hours (2 day) of the order placement. Cancelling order after 48 hours (2 day) will result in cancellation fees of 3% of the paid amount, with the amount refunded to the original mode of payment. The amount will be processed in 14-18 working days. Store credit will be provided to the orders cancelled with no genuine reason. (i.e., change of mind, don’t require order anymore, changes in order)

Return

We do not cater exchange or return on international purchase. In case you receive any defected article or missing piece, please contact us at rajabbutt.pk@gmail.com within 2 days.

We advise you to check the size charts and the descriptions before placing an order (as international orders cannot be exchanged or refunded).

 Damages and issues

 In case of any damaged or incorrect item, the concern must be raised within 2 days to our customer care team for further assistance or else the complain cannot be accepted.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items purchased on sale, customize stitched articles, gift cards, shipping charges and service charges (such as priority stitching charges) etc. are not eligible for refund, exchange or chargeback (if not our fault). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
